PlenoAgent is operated by Mateo Alejandro Zambrano Delgado, taxpayer ID 1316093838001, located at 120th Street, avenues 109–110, Manta, Ecuador. Contact: [email protected].

By creating an account, activating a trial, or using PlenoAgent, the user confirms that they can bind themselves or their company and accepts these terms and the Privacy Policy.

PlenoAgent provides cloud modules for WhatsApp support, AI, billing, finance, bank reconciliation, monitoring, network operations, and field work for ISPs and WISPs.

Core computing runs on infrastructure managed by PlenoAgent. Some features require the customer to connect third-party services, network equipment, or a secure tunnel.

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, assign proper team permissions, and promptly report unauthorized access.

The customer company is responsible for actions taken through its accounts and for the legality of data and instructions entered into the platform.

New accounts may receive a 15-day free trial, subject to the limits and modules shown in the platform.

After the trial, PlenoAgent operates on a prepaid usage basis. There is no automatic renewal: customers decide when to purchase additional balance or access. Applicable prices, taxes, and usage are shown before purchase.

Payments are final and no refunds are offered, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Lack of use does not create a refund or credit.

Customers retain ownership and responsibility for uploaded data. They authorize PlenoAgent to process it only to provide, secure, and maintain the service under their instructions and the Privacy Policy.

Customers must have the legal bases, notices, and permissions required to process subscriber, employee, and third-party data and respond to those individuals when acting as controller.

WhatsApp, Google, Payphone, AI providers, tax services, and other integrations are also governed by their own terms. PlenoAgent does not control their availability or policy changes.

The Gmail connection is optional, read-only, and used for bank reconciliation. Customers can revoke permission in Google or delete the connected bank account in PlenoAgent.

AI responses and suggestions may be inaccurate. Customers must configure permissions, review sensitive operations, and maintain appropriate human oversight.

AI credit or usage limits do not affect deterministic functions expressly identified as AI-independent, but may prevent responses, transcription, or other generative features.

Actions involving routers, OLTs, subscribers, and services may cause outages or operational changes. Customers must authorize users, validate configurations, maintain backups, and confirm that requested actions are appropriate for their network.

PlenoAgent applies controls and logging but does not guarantee complete compatibility with every firmware, device, carrier, or external configuration.

Users may not use PlenoAgent to:

• Violate laws, third-party rights, or rules applicable to telecommunications, messaging, and personal data.
• Send spam, harass, impersonate, distribute malicious content, or conduct fraud.
• Bypass limits, gain unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or attempt to obtain another party's code, credentials, or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or share the service outside their organization without written permission.

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, internet failures, incidents, third-party limits, or events beyond our control may occur.

We may change, replace, or discontinue features for security, compliance, or operational reasons. We will try to give advance notice when a material change significantly affects normal use.

PlenoAgent, its software, design, documentation, and marks belong to its operator or licensors. Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service during the trial or while they hold the corresponding prepaid access.

We may limit or suspend access for insufficient balance, security risk, illegal or abusive use, breach of these terms, or a lawful authority request. When reasonable, we will explain the cause and how to remedy it.

Customers may stop using the service and request account deletion by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation does not create a refund for payments already made.

Operational data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days after cancellation, except records retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

The service is provided as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we do not guarantee business results, absolute AI accuracy, or uninterrupted operation of third-party integrations or equipment.

PlenoAgent is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profits, data, or service caused by customer decisions, external configurations, third-party providers, or use contrary to these terms. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Personal data processing is described in the PlenoAgent Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador. The parties will first try to resolve disputes directly and, if unsuccessful, submit to the competent authorities and courts of Manta, subject to any mandatory applicable rules.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the new effective date and reasonably communicate material changes. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
